The Shipyard is a large chunky table with beefy legs and a heavy 2" thick top. The rough sawn "barn wood gray" washed hardwood used in this piece will show character imperfections throughout. Its top will also show a lot of beautiful characteristics and will have a subtle hand planed feel, but will be finished with a rock hard process that will endure many years of punishment.
